Naked DSL and ADSL2+ in Bundoora

by Luke on October 9, 2009

News just in – the Bundoora exchange just outside of Melbourne finally has access to Naked DSL!

TPG today activated its ADSL2+ DSLAM in Bundoora which is going to be warmly welcomed by Bundoora residents. TPG is the first ISP to offer Naked DSL in this exchange and the first non Telstra based service to offer ADSL2+.

To apply for TPG Naked DSL you must have an active phone line. If you currently don’t have a phone line connected, but want to get Naked DSL, then please contact us and we can advise you on the cheapest options for getting a landline connected. And those options don’t involve Telstra! Of course….

TPG Naked DSL plans start at $49.95 for 15GB of peak downloads and 15GB of off peak downloads. Click here to see all TPG Naked DSL plans in Bundoora.

TPG has also just introduced a VoIP plan for their Naked DSL services. It is a special plan at $59.95 per month for 40 peak data plus 40GB off peak data. You get a VoIP service included with a Direct In Dial phone number so people can call you. Uploads and downloads are counted on this plan.

If you prefer to keep your landline and simply get an ADSL2+ service in Bundoora, then TPG also has a popular range of ADSL2+ plans. The ADSL2+ plans start at just $29.95 per month, and there is also a VoIP plan for $49.95. The downside to getting an ADSL2+ plan is that you have to continue paying line rental each month – usually about $30. By getting Naked DSL you can ditch the line rental forever!
