Terms and Conditions
NakedDSL.com.au is operated by Ibis Group Pty Ltd. This site aims to simplify the process of choosing broadband and technology products and services.
We cannot however be held responsible for any of the information that appears on this site. We will endeavour to ensure that all plan details and provider information is up to date. But ISPs often will publish any changes to their plans or terms and conditions on their website. We need to locate that information and then update that information in our own database and website, which means there will be cases where our information is not current. If any information or offer is incorrect, we and the ISP will not be obliged to honour it.
As the leading online Naked DSL resource in Australia we naturally attempt to have all information updated as soon as possible on our website. But due to the nature of how this information is communicated to us, it is impossible for us to guarantee all information on this website to be accurate. If you are aware of any incorrect or out of date information, we would appreciate you emailing the details to us at info@nakeddsl.com.au
As such we assume no liability or responsibility if information provided at www.nakeddsl.com.au is incorrect. We are simply an information source that collates and passes on publicly available information. Any contractual agreements you make for broadband services will be directly with an Internet Service Provider such as, but not limited to iinet, Internode, Exetel, Netspace, Dodo and TPG. You will never have a contract for broadband services with Ibis Group P/L or www.nakeddsl.com.au.
It is possible for you to click on a link from our site to the above-mentioned ISP websites. All terms and conditions, plan details and contractual details will be available from their website. Information from www.nakeddsl.com.au should not be solely relied upon and should be checked with the provider.
Any advice that we give on the website, via email or through one of our comparison tools is general only. We do not know your specific circumstances and cannot be held responsible should any advice we give be unsuitable for your situation. You must make the final decision before entering a contract with an ISP, as you will be solely responsible for that decision.
Now a lot of that sounds unfriendly, but it’s not meant to be! We’re providing a free service that we hope is really useful for you in selecting a Naked DSL provider and plan. But you need to make sure you are aware of the details of the contract you are entering with an ISP. We can’t provide every detail on every plan, we simply provide our reviews and recommendations on some factors that we see as being important.
