Hello,

if you have an Optus line, it isn't compatible with Naked DSL from TPG. So you'll first need to connect a Telstra line. Contact us at admin@naked-dsl.com.au if you need help finding a non-Telstra provider to do this, as Telstra charges a $100 early termination fee when you move to Naked DSL.

Once you have your phone number then you can submit your application to TPG. Sign up for TPG at http://www.naked-dsl.com.au/goto.php?pid=TPG

Once your TPG Naked DSL is connected and working then you can cancel your Optus service. Don't forget to do that - just because you don't use it, doesn't mean they stop billing you for it.

Hope that helps!
